The challenge
From client needs to a working platform.
As part of FIT3048 Industry Experience Studio, our team worked with Agencia Change to design, develop, and deliver a workflow management platform.
The project brought together students from different IT majors, with client requirements guiding development priorities and delivery.
My contribution
Coordinating delivery. Strengthening security.
- Coordinated team communication, task organisation, and Agile sprint activities.
- Worked with the client to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage development priorities.
- Contributed to authentication, protected-route access, active-account checks, and session management.
- Validated logout behaviour, session invalidation across tabs, browser back navigation, and post-logout access.
- Added Google reCAPTCHA and security headers for clickjacking and MIME-sniffing protection.
- Conducted system and penetration testing, including SQL injection testing, and documented the findings.
Outcome
Delivered, adopted, recognised.
The platform was deployed and adopted by Agencia Change for real-world use.
Our team received the Wong Swee Soon Student Excellence Award for Best Final Year Project, and I achieved a High Distinction in FIT3048 Industry Experience Studio.
